Cristamid® Copolyamides

Product Overview:

Presentation:

Cristamid® resins are a new family of patent-protected semi-aromatic co-polyamides composed of chains of aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and aromatic groups.

Processing:

DRYING

Cristamid® granules are hermetically sealed in 25 kg bags after thorough drying. Allow temperature equalization to ambient conditions before opening bags. Control moisture uptake by minimizing ambient air exposure by use of a transfer system or hopper dryer. Dry with desiccant air at 80° C - 90° C when pellets have been over-exposed to ambient air.

PROCESSING:

Cristamid® granules are readily processed with standard injection molding and extrusion equipment.
