Facility Security

Arkema Inc. participates in ACC's Responsible Care® Security Code through the following activities:

• Security vulnerability assessments were completed for all facilities by December 31, 2003.
• Any enhancements needed were completed by December 31, 2004.
• Independent third party verifications that these enhancements had been completed were conducted by March 31, 2005.

Arkema implemented and affirmed security requirements for its sites, transportation and cyber systems by June 30, 2005.
