 Weatherability comparable to Kynar 500® coatings
Weather destroys things. Some more quickly than others. Over time, sunlight, air, and water will break down almost all construction materials. Kynar® PVDF resin is know for excellent performance under severe conditions. Similarly, Kynar Aquatec®-based coatings will withstand extended exposures to water, humidity, a wide range of temperatures, ultraviolet rays, oxygen, and atmospheric pollutants. The graph below compares the weathering performance of Kynar Aquatec® emulsion-based coatings with that of Kynar 500® resin-based coatings and conventional acrylic-based coatings.
