Kynar^® PVDF For New Fuels

Kynar^® PVDF and Kynar Flex^® PVDF resins are key components of several fuel handling systems. Kynar^® PVDF is been used for its outstanding compatibility with crude oil, commercial gasolines as well as new fuels such as Biodiesel and E85 blends. Kynar^® PVDF main chemical components, fluorine, makes it an excellent barrier material to prevent the permeation of fuel. Additionally Kynar^® PVDF inertness and resistance to degradation ensure long service lifetime, even at high temperature. Kynar^® ADX reactive PVDF allows to produce high performance multilayer structures in combination with polyamide and commodity plastics.
