Acrylic Acid is recommended to be used within 3 months, and all other Acrylate and Methacrylate Esters are recommended to be used within 6 months. Based on inhibitor lifespan, product can be safely stored for up to 1 year based on the proper storage conditions, however product quality may degrade and not meet specifications listed on the COA.

Do the Norsocryl® Acrylic Monomers contain an inhibitor?

The majority of our products are inhibited with a base level of Monomethyl Ether of Hydroquinone (MEHQ) to stabilize them for storage.

Do the Norsocryl® Acrylic Monomers have any special storage requirements?

Yes, Acrylic Acid will freeze at 55° F. As improper thawing is extremely dangerous, Acrylic Acid should be protected from freezing during storage and transportation.
